Funciones

1. CAE Management Spain Centres

• Ensure that updated data for each area is available on an annual basis.
  
• Have updated documentation on subcontractors/contracts.
  
• Periodic control of the subcontractors present in the company.
  
• Ensure that (Sub)Contracts comply with ORP measures.
  
• Management of CAE Companies to which quality technicians go.
  

2. Management of accidents at work

• Carry out the investigation in coordination with the H&S Responsible
  
• Communication to external agency and SPA (external prevention service, Quiron) within the established timeframe.
  
• Take the measures indicated by the SPA in coordination with the H&S Responsible.
  
• Have all necessary documentation (SPA investigation, Delt@, Tests, measures taken).
  

3. Emergency Management Spain centres

• Active search for new members of Puzol teams
  
• Management of necessary internal and external information and training.
  
• Periodic review of first aid kits
  
• Annual drills with technical staff in Spain centres
  
• Carrying out internal drills especially Val d Uixo
  
• Implement improvements in emergency management (interactive training, defibrillator, etc.).
  

4. Company prevention service

• Project for the constitution of the own prevention service.
  
• Prepare mandatory audits
  
• Drawing up the PRL Plan
  
• Carrying out risk assessments (of facilities, posts) and planning of preventive measures.
  
• Ensure compliance with preventive measures
  
• Drawing up Emergency Plans

Requisitos

• Education/Studies: Engineering, architecture, Business Administration or similar studies with Master Studies in Health & Safety (in the 3 specialities)

• Languages: Spanish and English fluently; other languages are valued, such as Italian.

• Work experience at least in a similar position in the field of Health & Safety.

• Experience with internal health & safety service (SPP); alternatively having experience in an external health & safety service provider (SPA)

• Experience in developing risk assessments and internal H&S and emergency plans.

• High detail orientation, excellent organization skills, high sense of responsibility, very good communications skills, perseverant and with solving capacity.

• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
