As Event Coordinator you’ll be responsible for the planning, management and follow-up of our internal and external events! SanLucar is an international company and exhibitor on different fairs as Fruit Logistica in Berlin and Fruit Attraction in Madrid to present us as a company and meet our partners (clients and suppliers).

Furthermore, the continuous communication and exchange with our clients is fundamental. That’s the reason we organize training trips for our clients with the aim to bring the Point of Sales to our fields and get familiar with our social projects, visiting our farms and partners.

Besides our external events you’ll be also responsible for the internal ones! This part is also very important for us as we transmit our vision, mission, values as well as strategy, and care for our corporate culture.

Funciones

  • You'll design, prepare, launch and organice all kind of events: Our Internal events such us the Christmas party or Social events and also the organisation of the Fairs.
  • To carry out a good organisation of our events, you will create the budget and the annual event plan.
  • We are always open to positive change, so after the events, you'll carry out the evaluation and follow-up after the events to identify improvement areas.
  • Communication will be a part of your role too, so you'll support the communication team with the text edtion, translations and publications and visual material.
  • Relationships with our customers and suppliers is very important to us. That's why you will organise training trips to convey our brand philosophy to them in our subsidiaries.
  • You will keep the manuals and database up to date, so you will need to have very good organisational skills.
  • You will resolve any changes or incidents that may occur before or during events, so you should have good resolution skills!

Requisitos

  • Studies in Tourism, Event Management, Languages, Communication
  • Between 2-4 years of experience in Tourism, Hotel or Catering Industry, as Event and / or Travel Agent
  • Very good knowledge of computer systems (MS Office and reservation tools)
  • Fluency in German, English and Spanish. Italian and French are a plus
  • Perfect attention to details, well organized, patient
  • Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
  • Open-minded, friendly and service-orientated
