Funciones

- Manage the front desk by receiving incoming calls, checking emails and attend to walk-ins.

- Greet customers in a friendly, warm and professional manner and direct them to the tables.

- Promote and proactively sell the restaurant spaces including private dining and events.

- Communicate guest notes and special requests to all departments.

- Build lasting relationships with existing and new customers.

- Promote the business and brand at all times.

Requisitos

- You have full time availability to work split shift (38h/w).

- Experience as an à la carte cook in a restaurant is highly valued, minimum 1 year.

- Ability to manage a station (mise-en-place and service).

- Fluent in English (part of the interview is in English).

- Other languages are valued (Dutch & Spanish).

- Authorization to work in the Netherlands or EU nationality.

- Possibility of national and/or international mobility is valued.

- You have adaptability, leadership and decision making skills.

- Be proactive with a high capacity for work and have a high vocation for service and customer orientation.
