Funciones

- Maintain the quality of daily production and mise-en-place.

- Manage inventory and utilize the FIFO system effectively.

- Follow the established HACCP process and adhere to safety and hygiene standards.

- Maintain and organize the kitchen and workspace.

- Execute all tasks assigned by the head chef.

- Provide service within the required timeframes.

Requisitos

- You have full time availability to work split shift (38h/w).

- Experience as an à la carte cook in a restaurant is highly valued, minimum 1 year.

- Ability to manage a station (mise-en-place and service).

- Authorization to work in the Netherlands or EU nationality.

- Possibility of national and/or international mobility is valued.

- You have adaptability, leadership and decision making skills.

- Be proactive with a high capacity for work and have a high vocation for service and customer orientation.
